Power Builder - Leed Homes Awards
SOTRAMONT HAS EARNED THE LEED HOMES POWER BUILDER TITLE!
Sotramont has been recognized with the LEED® Homes Power Builder title – becoming the first and only Canadian builder to receive this title.
Last September, Sotramont earned the prestigious LEED Homes Power Builder title for 2016. For developers and builders, the LEED for Homes certification demonstrates a remarkable commitment to high performance in environmental and energy efficiency.
While the minimum requirement is 90% LEED-certified residential projects, Sotramont sets itself apart by having 100% of its projects certified, on top of being the first and only Canadian builder to receive this title. The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) has been issuing this recognition since 2015 to honor those who have set new standards for sustainability and quality in the construction industry.
