Saturday, November 16, was launch day for the current phase of the Wilfrid, our exciting mixed-use condo project in Bois-Franc. After the success of phase WR, WR2, and WR3—among Montreal’s top sellers in 2019—it was now time for the Wilfrid to spread its wings.
A high-flying launch
Potential buyers were out in force to join us in celebrating the Wilfrid project sales launch. Free hot drinks were also served, starting with the guests lined up outside, courtesy of Chocolats Favoris. Guests could also get to know the Bois-Franc district, examine unit floor plans, take in the unveiling of the model of the project and common areas, and even reserve their own unit with our sales team in attendance.
An eagerly anticipated arrival
The excitement was palpable at the launch for the much-anticipated development with its prime location a mere 300 metres from the future Bois-Franc REM (Réseau express métropolitain) station. When the station opens, local residents will be a mere 16 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from Montreal-Trudeau International Airport.
“We were thrilled,” declared Montclair sales and marketing director Nicolas Galardo. “It exceeded our projections. We’re proud to present this world-class project adding 100 more condo units to our existing portfolio.
