\u201cAfter launching our project just three months ago in November, we\u2019re proud to announce that 80% of the units have been sold and that construction has begun,\u201d says Montclair Sales and Marketing Director Nicolas Galardo. This is Groupe Montclair\u2019s largest condo project to date in Bois-Franc.<\/p>\n
After the WR, WR2, and WR3 projects, phase four of this innovative mixed-use project will include 100 residential units in addition to the other 275 units built in the area.
