Bombardier Inc., Real Estate Services, has been the developer of Bois-Franc's master plan since the start of the project in 1994.

The divison of Bombardier Inc. defines, oversees and supervises the enforcement of Bois-Franc's architectural servitude.

Bombardier Inc., Real Estate Services, selects and hires the builders of its choice; however, the builders determine the selling prices for their products and assume responsibility for the guarantee on new homes.

The plans and specifications for the buildings on Bois-Franc territory must be approved by Bombardier Inc., Real Estate Services, and be in keeping with the master plan approved by the Borough of Saint-Laurent.

The builders at Bois-Franc have the responsibility of informing new home buyers about the obligations of the architectural servitude and of having it endorsed.
